Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?
• Check-in: 3:00 PM or Later (Digital room key code will be sent via text) 
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • There is a one-time set up with the essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Housekeeping is offered upon request.
  • We are designed for the self-catering traveler, a friendly and attentive on-site guest manager is available to assist with any questions, comments or requests.

Can I request an early check-in?
Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please call the property on the day of arrival. Additional fees may apply.

Can I request a late check-out?
Late check-out may be available with approval from the front office on the morning of departure. Fees may apply.


Payments

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as electronic cash payment options such as Chime, Zelle, and Venmo.
Cash payments are not accepted in physical form.


Smoking Policy

Palm Desert Suites is a 100% non-smoking property.
Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and cannabis products, is strictly prohibited anywhere on-site.
A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in rooms or public spaces.


Parking

Parking is complimentary for all registered guests.
Spaces are first-come, first-served and are not assigned.
We do not currently offer EV charging stations.


Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund, unless booked under a non-refundable rate.
Holiday periods and special event weeks may have separate cancellation policies.


Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome dogs at Palm Desert Suites.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

• Dogs only — no other pets permitted
• Dogs must remain leashed while on property
• Guests must clean up after their pets

Pet fees or additional cleaning fees may apply for damages or excessive shedding.


Noise Policy

To maintain a peaceful boutique experience:

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Excessive noise, amplified music, profanity, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time
• Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave without refund

We appreciate your courtesy toward fellow guests.


Pool & Hot Tub

Access to the pool and hot tub is restricted to registered guests.
Hours may vary by season.
Access codes are provided at check-in.
Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area for safety.


Security & Personal Belongings

Palm Desert Suites is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
If you encounter any concerns, notify the on-site team immediately.
For your safety, security cameras are monitored throughout the property.
